The Loc 2010 will meet on Sunday to finalize arrangements and the process for ticket sales will be announced in due course. O'Connor sai he was satisfied with the upgrading work being done at the stadium, and was very hopeful it will be ready in time for the June 1 match.
O’Connor said a determining factor in resorting to the stadium stemmed from its adequate seating capacity.
He said the Queen’s Park Oval in Port-of-Spain, one of the optional venues could only seat 15,000, while the Hasely Crawford Stadium seats 23,000, and it was the TTFF’s wish to allow as many fans as possible to see the historic game.
