| STATEMENT ON ARBITRATION RULING |

| The Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation has taken note of the ruling in the first part of the arbitration hearing on the impasse between 16 of the World Cup 2006 players and the TTFF. The arbitration hearing was held between April 28 and 30 2008 in the London Headquarters of the Sports Dispute Resolution Panel. The TTFF acknowledges the decision of the Arbitrator and awaits the final determination of this matter where any entitlement due and owing to players will be determined. Both parties agreed that the arbitration hearings will be in private, and no one is allowed to disclose the contents of the proceedings and/or the judgment.
